All firearm sales are subject to federal, state, and local laws and require a background check which the state of Florida charges $5 for. All sales are subject to state sales tax. If a customer purchases a firearm and is unable to pass a background check there will be a $35 processing fee which will be deducted from the refund of the sale. Hillsborough County, FL enforces a 5 business day minimum waiting period on all firearm purchases if the customer does not have a concealed weapons permit. We reserve the right to deny service or purchase of an item for any reason, including attempted straw purchases or if the person expresses or hints at misuse of the product. $99 dollar firearms are very limited and there is no guarantee that a specific firearm will be available as they sell out very quickly and what is listed is all we have. We can and will not reserve a firearm before or during the sale. No rain checks. FFA has a zero tolerance policy for rude behavior, cutting in line, or cry babies. We will be unable to process firearm trades during this event.
