Free Self Defense Class “Escape Concepts & Tactics”

FFA is proud to team up with BlackBelt Fitness & Martial Arts Club.
This is a FREE class to learn and apply tactics and concepts to escape all the most common forms of control from an attacker.
This class will cover close quarter, and ground tactics.
Get in on this free class so you can learn how to defend yourself in the event of an attack.
This very important class is open for all ages and genders.

You may be asked to perform in this class so please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.

We are in between the flee market and Double Branch Rd.

From Hillsborough at the Double Branch Rd traffic light, turn north onto Double Branch Rd. there’s a stop sign just ahead. Turn left at the stop sign onto (Old Memorial Rd.) heading west.

Just a half block down at the dead end turn right. We are directly behind Meineke auto store.
