Become an NRA Certified Rifle Instructor through taking this course. NOTE: The NRA requires that all new Certified Rifle Instructors must complete the NRA Basic Rifle Course prior to attending. In accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) Regulations, only U.S. Citizens and certain Permanent Resident Aliens will be accepted to participate in this course.
